GUEST ROOMS RULES AND REGULATIONS   

1)    Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings and are requested not to leave behind any valuable items like jewellery and cell phones when they leave the room. 

2)    Golden Woods Owners Association will not be responsible for any loss/damage of personal belongings while guests are staying in the guest rooms. 

3)    The Host (Flat owner/tenant) will be responsible for any damage done to the premises/amenities by their guests. 

4)    Drinking and smoking is strictly prohibited in the guest rooms. 

5)    Guests should not do any activity that can cause any kind of disturbance to premise and surrounding. 

6)    Guests are allowed to use other amenities available within the premise like the swimming pool, gymnasium etc., but they strictly need to follow the rules and regulations for usage. 

7)    If any guests are found breaking any of the above rules, committee members have the right to bar the use of guest rooms for that "owner/tenant" (host).

GYM RULES AND REGULATIONS 

1)    Please do not enter the gym with dirty feet. Kindly clean your footwear before entering the gym. 

2)    Kindly carry a towel to wipe sweat from your body and thus keep the equipments clean.  

3)    It would be kind to use the cleaning cloth provided to clean the equipments after use, in case there is sweat left over the equipments. 

4)    Elders should supervise kids below 15 years of age when using the gym.  

5)    If you find any equipment not functioning properly, please inform in the committee office. 

6)    Usage of the equipments should be done on mutual understanding. Please be considerate for people who are waiting to use the equipment that you are using currently.

GAMES ROOM RULES AND REGULATIONS 

1)    People need to get their own TT bats/balls. 

2)    Group of people are not allowed to play more that 2 sets (21 points), if another group is waiting to play. 

3)    Usage of TT table should be done on mutual understanding. Please be considerate for people who are waiting to use the TT table. Same holds true with other games also.

LAUNDARY ROOM RULES AND REGULATIONS 

1)    Rs. 25/- would be charged per run (1washing OR 1drying).

 2)    Please contact Shiva Reddy (9242868680) for using this facility, he will be taking care of logistics. 

3)    Users have to collect the receipt for every use for accounting purpose. 

4)    Please do not put heavy cloths like Rugs/Carpet/Foot mat etc. in Washing machine Or Drying Machine.  

5)    If it is noticed that machine is not working properly because of improper use, user will have to bear the repairing charges. 

6)    Users need to get there own washing powder etc.
